Stärke (D/PWR/SPH)	Power is the strenght of your contact lens, and is a number between -25 and +25 (e.g. -1.50 or -1,75 or +1.00 or +2.50, etc.) Power is also called ”Pwr”, ”D”(diopters), ”Strenght” or ”SPH” (sphere) in the prescription or on the contact lens box. In your prescription, ”OS” = Your left eye and ”OD” = Your right eye. OU = Both eyes (your eyes have exactly the same parameter) --> If you are nearsighted (can see only near objects well) then select MINUS powers. --> If you are farsighted (can see only distant objects well) then select PLUS powers. Note, the power of the contact lenses is generally not the same power as in your eyeglass prescription.
Radius (BC)	Base Curve (a number between 8.0 and 10.0). This is the inside curve of your contact lens (e.g., 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, etc.). Base Curve is often written as ”BC” or ”BOZR” in your prescription or on the contact lens box. Purevision lenses may be worn for up to 30 days continuous wear (day/night) based on how your eyes respond to lens wear and your eye care professional’s recommendation.
